I am in private practice to offer full confidentiality for my clients in a peaceful, calming setting. Clients have access to a hybrid practice to use In Person or Online services or both. I see children, teens, adults and couples. I specialize in Individual Well Being and Relationships. I love helping people with stress and anxiety reduction, working through loss, grief and trauma, assisting with life coaching to help clients create what they most desire, and to create loving relationships for couples & parents with children of any age. Plus. helping to walk through a healing process when needed.
