With 18 years of experience in coaching and teaching, Jeff Bowerman describes his career in education as the most rewarding experience of his life. Driven by a deep passion for working with children, Jeff became an educator to make a meaningful impact in their lives and help shape their futures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas and is committed to building strong, supportive connections with students, families, and colleagues. Family plays a central role in Jeff's life, and he brings that same sense of care and community into his professional work. He is excited and honored to support the children, families, and broader community of Bixby and the surrounding areas, continuing his mission of uplifting and empowering the next generation. As the owner/onsite operator, he is thrilled to be at The Goddard School, but most of all, he looks forward to the next generation proudly calling him “Coach.”
Kim Bowerman brings 19 years of experience in education as an administrator, literacy specialist, and teacher. Her passion lies in supporting families, building strong relationships with children, and creating nurturing learning environments. Family-oriented and service-driven, Kim is dedicated to helping others thrive—both inside and outside the classroom. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. Kim is excited to bring premier early childhood education experiences to Bixby and the surrounding communities, where she looks forward to making a lasting impact on young learners and their families.
Danielle's passion for early childhood education began at a young age, starting her career in childcare at just 15 years old. This journey began in the very same center she attended as a child, an experience that ignited her lifelong love for teaching and nurturing young learners. In 2016, Danielle joined The Goddard School, where she has grown from an Assistant Teacher to her current role as Director. Her leadership is guided by her extensive experience, dedication, and a genuine love for children. Danielle recently earned her Certificate of Mastery and is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Development, which she is on track to complete in May 2026. Outside of her professional life, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband of over a decade, their two children, and two dogs. She feels blessed to be part of a community where she can lead and encourage children to learn, grow, and shine.
Anna is the Assistant Director. Before moving into administration, she served as both a two’s lead teacher and a Pre-K lead teacher, experiences that helped shape her strong understanding of child development and curriculum planning. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Speech-Language Pathology and is passionate about early childhood education, supporting teachers, and fostering a warm, positive environment where families feel welcomed and valued. Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Sunny. She loves reading, cooking, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
Carrie brings over 15 years of experience in early childhood education. She specializes in supporting infants and toddlers through social-emotional, sensory, and gross motor learning. Her background includes working in childcare centers and Early Head Start programs, as well as several years serving as a life coach and parent educator within the Indian Child Welfare system. Carrie holds a CDA credential and brings both her professional expertise and the invaluable experience of raising four successful children to her work with families and young learners.
Christine has spent the past 12 years working with children of all ages, but her true passion is caring for infants. She loves supporting them as they learn new skills and celebrates each milestone with enthusiasm. Known for her loving, kind, gentle, and nurturing approach, she creates a calm and responsive environment where infants feel safe and supported. Her teaching style is play-based, and she enjoys sitting with the children as they explore, observe, and discover their surroundings. She takes time to understand each child as an individual, recognizing that every infant has their own unique way of learning and growing. Christine is excited to begin this new journey and looks forward to building warm, meaningful bonds with each baby in her care.
Jasmine is a dedicated early childhood educator with 15 years of experience in the childcare field. She has spent the past 10 years specializing in infant care and development, with an additional 5 years working with various age groups. She graduated from Tulsa Community College in 2020 with a Certificate of Mastery and has completed more than 300 hours of training in early childhood education. Jasmine teaches with care, intention, and inclusion. She believes that each child is unique and is committed to meeting individual needs to support every child’s growth and development. Outside of work, Jasmine is a wife and a mother of two boys, and she enjoys spending her free time with her family.
Kylie is a dedicated early childhood educator who works with children ages 2–3. She has two years of experience in the childcare field and holds her CDA credential. Kylie believes strongly in learning through experience and brings that philosophy into her teaching. Her goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and developmentally supportive classroom where children can learn, explore, and grow. Kylie is excited for this opportunity and looks forward to getting to know each child and helping them thrive.
Travis is an experienced early childhood educator working with mixed-age groups of 3- and 4-year-olds. He brings over 12 years of experience in early childhood settings and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. Travis has also spent four years leading model classrooms, supporting best practices in instruction and classroom environments. He and his family—his spouse and two children, ages 12 and 17—moved back to the Tulsa area five years ago after living in Gardner, Illinois, where they owned and operated a home childcare program. Travis is dedicated to creating engaging learning experiences that support children’s growth, curiosity, and confidence.
Judy is the resource teacher for the infant, one-year-old, and two-year-old classrooms. She has hands-on experience working with both infants and toddlers and is trained in CPR as well as Introduction to Early Childcare. Miss Judy’s teaching style is grounded in meaningful interaction. She believes in getting on the floor with the children—talking with them, playing alongside them, and singing to them—to support their social, emotional, and developmental growth. Caring for babies and toddlers has always been her passion, and she brings warmth, patience, and joy to every child she works with.
Mindy is excited to begin her journey as a resource teacher. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, providing her with a strong foundation in child development, emotional growth, and how young children learn best. Mindy is passionate about creating a learning environment where every child feels safe, seen, and encouraged. Her goal is to nurture curiosity, build confidence, and support students in discovering who they are—while ensuring learning is meaningful and fun along the way.
