With 18 years of experience in coaching and teaching, Jeff Bowerman describes his career in education as the most rewarding experience of his life. Driven by a deep passion for working with children, Jeff became an educator to make a meaningful impact in their lives and help shape their futures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas and is committed to building strong, supportive connections with students, families, and colleagues. Family plays a central role in Jeff's life, and he brings that same sense of care and community into his professional work. He is excited and honored to support the children, families, and broader community of Bixby and the surrounding areas, continuing his mission of uplifting and empowering the next generation. As the owner/operator he is thrilled to be at The Goddard School, but most of all, he looks forward to the next generation proudly calling him “Coach.”

Kim Bowerman brings 19 years of experience in education as an administrator, literacy specialist, and teacher. Her passion lies in supporting families, building strong relationships with children, and creating nurturing learning environments. Family-oriented and service-driven, Kim is dedicated to helping others thrive—both inside and outside the classroom. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from John Brown University and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. Kim is excited to bring premier early childhood education experiences to Bixby and the surrounding communities, where she looks forward to making a lasting impact on young learners and their families.
